We ordered a sink, countertop and backsplash the end of April and were told it would be shipped in June we heard nothing more, after countless calls and emails they told us July because the backsplash was on back order, they had the sink and countertop but wanted us to pay shipping. .oh heck no, they then agreed to ship the countertop and sink we got them the end of July and the backsplash has yet to be received, the date keeps getting pushed now on backorder to the end of November, this has been the most annoying purchase we have ever made and will definitely give or business to someone else for future purchases.

Interesting stuff....I can't get anyone to answer the freakin' phone.....or check my numerous emails....it's crazy stuff and I'm baffled as to why they won't respond....when you call the number, you get a useless recording - they tell you to press 1 and when you do, you get disconnected. Terrible customer service.
