do yourself a favor and go with another company
they just divert to empty email service and don't address your situation
w/ the ability to track shipping these days they should be able to do much better
...our problem may be due to their being a middleman rather than maintaining stock
after having no luck w / their internet customer service I'm now sitting at 9 minutes for them..oh and now am told in couple days our order will be shipped - at best 17 days ( if they perform ) when we were told we would have it in 7 - 10 days...our 100+ yr olde sink needs water supply as our guests arrive in two days
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of decor glamour customer care. Decor Glamour needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
