Ordered 4 locks for house. Were supposed to be keyed alike and charged for this. Arrived and contractor installed but now have 4 separate keys. Called customer service and waited an hour before told the only thing they would do is send new cylinders that I should install. Right. I have to call a locksmith and they won't pay to have them rekeyed.
